AP150 Nitrogen-Di-Water Smoke Studies Fogger for Airflow Visualization
The AP150 Nitrogen-Di-Water Smoke Studies Fogger is used in smoke studies of larger clean rooms and ISO suites and produces about 24 Cubic Meters of dense fog over a typical 120 minute smoke study to visualize airflow turbulence, airflow patterns, airflow uniformity, dead zones, etc. in large Clean Rooms and ISO Suites. The AP150 is especially useful with three 80 mm fog outlets to increase the visual fog area and has fog velocity and fog volume controls. The AP150 is 1 of the 4 Apollo liquid nitrogen Di-Water foggers available, and the largest Nitrogen-Di-Water fogger produced by Sistema. It is built on a portable trolley with wheels and also has a portable liquid nitrogen Dewar with 150 liters Liquid nitrogen fill for long smoke studies. It has a 13.5 liter water cavity with dual water heaters to control water temperature from 55 degrees to 70 degrees centigrade. The dense fog is paper white with high density and directed through three 80mm fog outlets with adjustable control of fog volume and fog velocity using touch pad control on the AP150 control panel. Optionally available is a Wireless Remote Control of fog volume and velocity. The AP150 Nitrogen-Di-Water Fogger is a performance improvement of the previous foggers by increasing the fog volume through three 80mm fog outlets rather than one 80mm fog outlet; and the AP150 has increased Liquid Nitrogen volume from 100 liters, increased to 150 liters for longer smoke studies. The AP150 paper white fog is composed of very dense fog droplets about 2-3 microns in diameter, produced by combining nitrogen gas molecules and water vapor molecules using liquid nitrogen and De-ionized Water, Water for Injection or Sterile Water. The AP150 Nitrogen-Di-Water Fogger is on a rolling platform, built with 316L stainless-steel control module and rolling platform and a removable 150 liter, dual wall, LN2 DEWAR. The modular Control Unit includes a dual water heater with adjustable temperature controls from 55 to 70 degrees Centigrade and a touch pad control for fog velocity and water temperature. Optional Accessories include 1.2M x 80mm long fog rake, 0.6M x 80mm short fog rake, Y Adaptors with butterfly valves on each side of the Y, 5M x 80mm fog hose and 5M x 50mm fog hose, 80mm to 50mm hose adaptors, 80mm fog rakes, 50mm fog rakes, Wireless Remote Control, and more.
Enclosure | AP150 Nitrogen-Di-Water Smoke Studies Fogger is a liquid nitrogen fogger used in smoke studies and airflow visualization studies to provide a very dense, ultra-pure fog composed of 2-3 micron fog droplets, created by passing nitrogen molecules over warm water and combining the nitrogen molecules with water vapor to form a very dense, longer lasting dense fog. Liquids include liquid nitrogen (LN2) and De-ionized (DI) Water. Water for injection, called WFI water or Sterile water can also be used. The AP150 is designed with 316L stainless-steel enclosure, THREE 80mm fog outlets, a 150 Liter, dual wall DEWAR and modular Control unit with dual heater in the 13.5 L water cavity and adjustable temperature control from 55 - 70 C. |
