Dry Fluorescent Microspheres Thermo Scientific™ Fluoro-Max Green and Red, are polymer particles, which have been dyed with bright, distinct green and red colors. Fluoro-Max Green and Red Dry Fluorescent Particles are produced with polystyrene material at a density of 1.05g/cm3 and a refractive index of 1.59 @ 589nm (25°C). They are typically observed using an epifluorescence microscope, confocal microscope, fluorometer, fluorescence spectrophotometer, or viewed using mineral light, black UV light or a fluorescence activated cell sorter. Dry Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles are most often used in Filter Testing, Flow Tracing and Biological research.
