Return and Refund Policy

If we determine that your Smoke Studies Cleanroom Fogger has a material defect within 7 days of receipt, Applied Metrology LLC, at our discretion, will repair or replace the Smoke Studies Cleanroom Fogger or PCB module. Contact our customer service department at +1 (719) 600-2759 to request a Return RMA number. Applied Metrology LLC will issue an  RMA number and provide shipping address for return of your product for repair or replacement.

Any unopened product that is returned and not damaged in any way as determined by Applied Metrology LLC, will incur a 25% restock fee to your returned product. If product is damaged in any way, the customer is responsible for payment of the full invoice.

Return shipping documents and cost is the responsibility of the Customer.

  • The Returned product package must be unopened, no damage to product and in 100% resellable condition;
  • The Returned product package must have a SHOCK WATCH installed on the box prior to return shipment;
  • The exterior of the Return product package must be free from damage of any kind;
  • Applied Metrology must receive the returned product within 7 days of the original ship date.

Non-returnable, non-refundable products

The following consumable products, ‘Made to Order’ products, ‘Made to Specification’ products are non-returnable:

  • Consumable items, Polystyrene Micro-spheres are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Consumable items, Silica Micro-spheres are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Made to order, made to specification Calibration Wafer Standards are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Made to order, made to specification Silica Wafer Calibration Standards are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Any Product built to a Customer Specification is non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Any product that has been opened and or used, as determined by Applied Metrology LLC is non-returnable, non-refundable.
